Five years after the release of the first 'Shaboo' album, Don Leisure returns with 'Shaboo Strikes Back'. The original album captured the essence of Don's youthful road trips, blending hip hop beats with snippets from Asian radio stations and tributes to Bollywood star Nasser 'Shaboo' Bharwani, Don's late uncle.
Critics hailed the first album as the best of its kind since J Dilla's 'Donuts', and it was warmly received globally, earning praise from notable figures like BBC 6 Music’s Tom Ravenscroft and Huey Morgan, among many others.
